Order Processing
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
- Order Changes: If you need to make changes to your order (such as address modifications), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@trueone.us.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (USA Only): We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Note: We currently do not offer international shipping. All orders are shipped from our US warehouses.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number and link to track your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) with the tracking number provided. Unfortunately, TrueOne cannot be held responsible for packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/PPO addresses.
- We only ship within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories).
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods may affect shipping times. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
Free Shipping Offers
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 to addresses within the contiguous United States. This offer excludes express shipping options.
Damaged Items in Transit
If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at support@trueone.us with the following details:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including offering replacements or refunds where applicable.
